In a recent research reported by the Alternet , Switzerland was ranked highest and Nigeria made the 10th position.. Although Nigeria placed number 10 on Alternet's list - condom manufacturer, Durex had previously rated us number one most sexually satisfied nation in the world - after 67% of the population claimed to have regular sex.
