Odion Ighalo was given a legend’s welcome as he returned to former club side Granada over the weekend. Ighalo, who now plays for Watford, played for Granada for 5 seasons between 2009 and 2014, and was instrumental to the club gaining promotion to the La Liga in 2011. Ighalo attended Granada’s La Liga clash with Real Madrid on Sunday, and was honored with a special acknowledgement and a signed jersey. The former Udinese striker is currently one of the highest goal scorers in the English Premier League, and Granada must wish they could have him back.
